5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If we confirm that the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or return instructions, as applicable.
In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, EcomDigitall LLC / GlowMe LED will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping when necessary.
6. Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind, no longer want it, or ordered the wrong product, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
In these cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless applicable law states otherwise.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or when required by applicable law.

EcomDigitall LLC / GlowMe LED is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, or delivery errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
